Ganassi-Type/Early Baroque Soprano by Ernst Meyer

  • Model: Ganassi-type/Early Baroque
  • Pitch: A = 440 Hz
  • Wood: boxwood
  • Built in: 2000
  • Ships from: Germany
  • Price: 5000 SALE! 3000 €
  • Current state: It is time for me to part with my beautiful Ernst Meyer soprano made after Ganassi, part of a small batch made in flamed boxwood from his workshop in the Swiss Alps. The instrument has a very open voicing with resonating low notes. The high register is also open and works well, the sound remaining always very flexible and colourful. The recorder is in excellent condition. It has only been used on several occasions. It has only been revoiced by Ernst Meyer himself and, since his passing, it has not been played much
