  • Pitch: A = 415 Hz
  • Wood: Stained boxwood
  • Built in: 1980

  • Current state: The instrument is well maintained and has hardly been used. It has recently been revoiced, the sound is now warm (to the dirty side) and flexible in all registers. High notes speak well, the instrument has single holes and is tuned in equal temperament. It plays with Hotteterre fingering (i.e. Bb’ 012346, Bb’’ Ø12347 or Ø12346 (half covered)). There is a now glued minor crack in the foot piece.
