Few make copies of the infamous Stanesby tenor. This tenor recorder, made in 4 parts like a baroque flute, has a definitely solo character. The original instrument is today in the Musée de la Musique, in Paris. Philipe made an amazing job on this model. It is so easy to play in all registers, and even if it is a big instrument, some modifications made by the maker made this instrument as easy to play as a voice flute. Waiting period for a special order form the maker usually takes 6 years.
