  • Current state: Pristine condition. Well broken-in and regularly maintained by the owner. Minor tuning by Von Huene in 2018. Thumbhole wear is very minor. This exceptional instrument was hand-selected at the Boston Early Music Festival in 2017. Every single note are very responsive and powerful. Even the low-chromatic notes (F#/G# Double holes) easily speak and have power. Additionally, there has never been an issue with clogging (perfect for conservatory students!). Unfortunately due to the financial situation, I have to let this instrument find a new home. The general tone quality of the voice flute is warm and mellow, and it has versatility for French and German repertoires.
