Ganassi-type Tenor Recorder by Monika Musch (A = 440 Hz)

  • Model: Ganassi-type
  • Pitch: A = 440 Hz
  • Wood: Maple
  • Built in: 2007
  • Ships from: Denmark
  • Price: 1900 €
  • Current state: This recorder has a wonderfully warm and beautiful tone, and it’s in excellent condition. It hasn’t been played much recently, but it was previously used in a Renaissance orchestra. This means you’re getting an instrument capable of leading the ensemble – even when playing alongside bassoons and curtals, you will be heard clearly! I’ve also used it for lower parts in the orchestra, and again – the sound always carries beautifully. This was a special order, custom-built to suit small female hands, making it particularly comfortable and easy to play. There is currently a waiting time of 18 months for a new Monika Musch recorder.
