- Current state: The recorder is in perfect condition, it has a good sound. Maker himself checked it a year after I bought it and it hasn’t been played much more since then because I have another instrument. It has been oiled and maintained in good condition since then. The thumb hole has lost a little color as it is stained wood but is not worn.
